Traditional water softeners, which are primarily produced for household applications, use an ion-exchange process. In this tech Calcium (Ca2+) and Magnesium (Mg2+) ions are being exchanged with sodium ions.

Lime Softening

This is a fairly simple process of reducing water hardness. Here lime chunks are added in the hard water to reduce its hardness. This process has a few advantages over conventional ion-exchange methods.

Chelating Agents

Chelatos are a common thing specially used in commercial products like food preservatives and shampoos. Chelatos can also lessen water hardness. Ethylene diaminetetraacetic acid is a frequently used chelatos in water treatment plants.

Our Process of Water Softening

Our methods of water softening involves removal of Mg2+ and Ca2+ by binding them to molecules. It removes all the hardness these ions caused and their ability to form scales. This removal process is achieved with the help of precipitation process and ion exchange.

Mineral tanks are the chief constituent for our water softening plants. Our final package for water softener consists of a brine tank as well as a mineral tank. Water supply pipes and mineral tanks are interconnected with each other. The water passing through both the tanks are being softened by the mineral tank.
