Sewage Treatment Plants

Sewage Treatment is a scientific process of segregating and removing pollutants from household wastewater. The treatment contains different Chemical, Physical and Biological processes to produce environment friendly treated wastewater after isolating the harmful contaminants. A by-product of the Sewage treatment is called sewage sludge which is nothing but a semi-solid waste. This sewage sludge is treated with a few scientific processes in the Sewage Treatment Plants before being suitable for reuse.

Purpose:

The main purposes of Sewage treatment plants are including;

  • A sharp reduction in the pollution load on the conventional Sewage system
  • A sharp reduction in net water demand by utilizing treated sewage
  • Maintaining the regulatory standards as per the guideline
  • Causing as little harm as possible to the surrounding environment when discharging the effluent
Applications In The Following Industries

Features

  • The main features of sewage treatment plants are including;
  • Prominent and clean effluent treatment
  • Up to 98.99% pollutant reduction
  • The most efficient Sewage treatment plant
  • A complete scentless aerobic digestion throughout the sewage treatment plant
  • Very affordable and easy to install

Benefits

The Sewage treatment doesn’t only provide us with clean and reusable water but also includes other benefits as well.

  • Helps to improve the environment’s overall health by reducing a vast amount of waste
  • Helps to produce a large amount of methane during the scientific treatment process which in turn helps us to generate electricity
  • Helps to produce natural fertilizer which in turn decreases the use of chemicals in harvesting and increases the crops yields

Applications
  • Residential complexes
  • Government Hospitals
  • School & institutions
  • Hotels & Resorts
  • Industries
  • The municipal wastewater treatment plant

In the Sewage treatment plant of Ecologics India, we follow an essential aerobic treatment system, which is, in actual, an activated sludge method. The aerobic process of sewage treatment plants of Ecologics India are generally used in treating industrial sewage along with biological sludge. The sludge is a semi-solid waste in the wastewater, which we treated with a few scientific processes in our STP pants before being suitable for reuse for other beneficial purposes.

We use different processes to treat the wastewater depending upon the level of contamination. Often, almost all sewage water is treated in our large Sewage treatment plants with several chemicals, physical and biological processes of wastewater treatment.

In the urban areas, the Ecologics India has designed different STP plants for the wastewater that comes from sanitary sewers through normal drainage. This process is beneficial, especially in the rainy season, where most of the wastewater can be utilized in our STP plants. We use septic tanks and other on-site facilities for the rural areas where there are no centralized sewage treatment plant facilities available.

The whole process of us helps to reduce harmful contaminants from the environment, which could be fatal for humankind to live healthily.
