Chemical Products Used in Water Treatment Plants

Here are a few commonly used chemicals.

• Flocculants Flocculants in liquid or dry form are often used in wastewater treatment processes. These chemicals are designed to enhance water clarity as well as floatation & solid dewatering. GRAS, NSF and FDA products available.


• Organic & Inorganic Coagulants : Coagulants are often blended in wastewater treatment plants. Ecologies India supplies a wide range of minerals for the water optimization process.


• Neutralization : Neutralizers include acids and bases to balance the pH level of resultant water while having a total alkalinity control. Acids used are organic in nature. And the common bases used are Caustic Soda and Soda Ash.
